Chaudhary Charan Singh University [CCSU] — Regarding payment of duplicate marksheet

Good afternoon sir / ma'am.

Myself Samiksha garg student of B.Sc biotechnology[protected] batch . I lost my first and second year marksheet of B.Sc biotechnology. I applied for duplicate marksheet online, for first year marksheet payment is successfully done but for 2nd year marksheet 231 rs amount deducted from my account but portal show payment denied due to duplicate trans id ..pls do the needful..
