My croma washing machine stopped working and it is under extended warranty. I registered a complaint on 8th of Sept 2015. On second attempt your mechanic confirms that the Electronic pannel needs to be replaced. Instead I recieved SMS stating your problem is resolved. There is no co-ordination between your sevice center and customer care as evrytime I have to explain them about the nature of the conplaint.It appears to me that this extended warranty is a fruad business I am left with no option but visit personally Mr. Ratan Tata"s Bombay House Office at fort. Having some faith in you I would wait for few days but complain everyday. If you dont"t have the part take the machine back and refund my money. Choice is yours.

One more important fact. When we purchased the products worth thousands of rs. we are promised lot of things along with toll free no. which is replaced by a customer care chargable phone no. Pls. give us your toll free no. so that everyday I do not have to pay 10to 15 rs. . Hope you understand what a bad impression it created by your company which spoil the name of Mr. J R. D Tata. These are your normal practices to use such language like 'complete satisfaction' and 'customer is most important to us". Pls. let me know when are u changing my Electronic control pannel? When the part is arriving? If you don"t have it, take your washing machin back and send me the refund. It is been almost two weeks my washing machin is off although I have been promise the part will be change maximum within 15days from the it is reoprted out of order.
