Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that I had purchased tickets for me and my son Nivid for the HongKong destination through www.cheapticket.in on Sept 10, 2019 and visited the same through Air India flight No.AI-310 but while returning from the Hongkong my Ticket was of AI-311 Air India dtd 01st Nov 2019 but This flight was cancelled by Air India, hence they told me that we will be getting the refund but till date we have not received refund for Mr. Nivid Mantri & following with the cheap ticket since last one year for the same but not getting the proper reply from them and now they are not responding our mails also. I would like to update you that we had only received refund of Rs.12388 on 01st September 2020 for the ticket No.098-[protected] (RA- [protected]) and refund for the ticket no..098-[protected](RA-.[protected]) is still pending since last one year.
You are requested, kindly do the needful.
