Chennai Metro Water Supply And Sewerage Board — No water pump and short water supply

I have raised complaint many times and still no action taken .There is no proper water pump in my area and totally we have 50 families here.both AE and DE are not responding to any calls .Hand pump is the only source for water .we are struggling for water here.
