I bought a samsung galaxy j7 prime 32gb on 03rd december 2017, and i paid the full amount in cash including for tempered and silicase.
Because the showroom does not have any collections of silicase, one of the silicase which i like but unfortunately another customer took it, i have requested for the same type of silicase and showroom guy said he will order one and will get me in 2 days, but there was no update and i went back to the showroom asking for it but they said they haven't got till now and they said they will call me once it is arrived, i waited for a week there was no update from anyone, i again went to the showroom to buy another mobile and at that time also i requested for the samsung j7 case but still they said it is not arrived, i was so scared to keep the mobile without the case because i have 3 children's at home, such a bad customer service where no one bother to call me and update the case has arrived or even they could have tell me that they don’t have it, i haven't got any update, they even took my number but no one called me. Finally as i was scared one of the baby took the phone and dropped it and the glass broken.
I am so frustrated and went back to the showroom asking the case still they are giving me the same answer that they haven't got till now, if they do not have a case or if they could not get me one why did they take money at the first place and now i am lost of everything and no one is responsible from your team to answer, and the showroom manager says that they cannot take any responsibility, such a cheap customer service i haven't come across, and till date i haven’t got any update from the showroom. I need an answer from the compliant team on this.
