I booked a 9+1 seater tempo traveler from Mumbai to Goa round trip for 4 days. The driver assigned by them informed about vehicle breakdown on the journey date itself. Chiku cab and their vendor Sayali cab point failed to provide an alternative vehicle for the same day and hence asked me to drop a mail for refund. I have been following up but nobody gives me any proper information. Their person even went to an extent of lying that my trip was completed and when i asked them to show proof of my complete trip payment, the person stopped replying to me. They are not ready to provide me any refund even though I am eligible.
