Chips International Courier and Cargo — Undelivered courier to canada since 1 month

Hello,

I am a customer of Chips courier service and I had send my belongings like books, clothes and utensils on 5th of December 2022 through Chips courier from Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Ontario Canada. Since that day till today that is 5th January 2023 my courier weighing approximately 90kg is lying in Mumbai office. Since past 15 days I am trying to contact the person in charge at Ahmedabad office and I get different replies from them every time.
