Chitra Mahal Marriage Hall, Villukuri, Kanyakumari Dist, Tamilnadu — Rude behaviour towards a senior citizen

I paid the advance 10, 000 on 24th Jan 2023 for booking date on 24th may 2023, but I cancelled within a month (3 months before the booking date) yet I didn't receive any refund from them.
Kindly do the needful sir.
