I have placed Cash on delivery order with the website on January 20, 2024 for Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar. I received email confirmation for the same around 12:09PM same day with the Order confirmation number 16820. Total amount to be paid including shipping charges was Rs. 749. I received a package on Feb 10, 2024 and paid the courier person via UPI transaction for Rs 749. I checked the details of package before payment and it mentioned the package contains Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar 473ml x 2. However i am surprised to see some random milk drink powder and details of that product cant be understood as its all in Arabic. I tried to call their phone number mentioned in the website but it said its wrong number. Same with the email provided in the website as my email failed to get delivered as its wrong email address. Next day I got an idea of replying to the order confirmation email I received when I placed the order and I didnt hear from them until now. I did some research now about that website and found out that I am not the only one who got cheated. I would like you to please take some action on this. I think xpressbees doesnt care as someone here earlier had complained to Xpress bees back in 2023 and they are still servicing Chocotown.
