My grandfather admitted there for over a week. We just live near by hospital. He was kept at ward no. 6 (second floor). I am wondering, i have heard of hospital name as one of the nicest one but i experienced totally opposite. Doctors are so rude even nurses are worst. All are very arrogant except few. It seems like they come there to complete there shift not interested in looking after their patients. They have more off paper work which keep them busy.
We have been allocated doctor Nagender. We always use to see him busy on his laptop, not interested in talking to families or assuring them. Once my aunt asked him, howz my father, he said, dont ask me. Go and ask your brother. What the hell is going on???? We are really pissed of with his way of talking and even few nurses too. Nagendra and other available nurses always busy on their phones or talking with each other. I guess, they need to be replaced or proper customer service traning need to be given to them. Doctors are famous for there way of talking and politeness but you people are f...g ridicolous.
My grandfather kept there for over a week. Doctors could not able to diagnose the problem. That is f...g strange. You people only knows that how to make bills or different different tests. We had to transfer him to GTB hospital. They diagnosed his problems over night. He is better now. We are feeling much better than CMC service. I will never ever recommend CMC to anyone now. Customer service or looking up of patient is never gonna be negotiable by anyone. Please consider my complaint, even show to f...g Nagender. I will never ever forgive this guy.
