Christian Medical College — not availing usg before doctor appointment.

My wife Mridula Mahato, Hosp.No 226234G from West Bengal visited doctor on 19/05/2015. The Doctor advised to go through some tests and to come back on 22/05/2015.But unfortunately the radiology deptt.(11A) have returned me saying that USG cannot be done before 28/05/2015. We have requested several times to both the radiology deptt. And Patuent's advocacy cell that we have appointment doctor on22/05/2015 and we also have return journey 23/05/2015 in the early morning. But all in vain. Please help. We shall not come back again during coming two years bcause of her inservice training.
