These days Amazon site has introduced a new cheap range of Laptops from a Chinese company called Chuwi.
Their laptops are cheaper than other established brands. If an i3 laptop costs 34K from Asus, Acer or HP then a similar config is available from Chuwi for just 23K. You will be tempted to buy this Laptop as it will save almost 10K from your budget.
However I would like to highlight some serious concerns with this brand
1. The product is unreliable and inferior. Amazon is filled with complaints that product stopped working within a few days
2. The online support is very poor
3. Good drivers and BIOS are not available easily
4. Service center refuses free replacement by claiming that it's physical damage when it is not.
5. Chuwi forum is flooded with complaints from several international users about poor quality, lack of service support and such concerns.
