[Resolved] CIDCO — Illegal Encroachment (Opposite Sector 35 Kharghar)

There is a huge illegal encroachment opposite sector 35 Kharghar (in the area demarcated as high FSI zone by CIDCO in the future in its developmental plan). About a year and a half back some persons have demarcated a large area and build a boundary wall along with gate in this area. This is an area where an up-coming metro station is planned in the future and metro construction is in full swing. The illegal encroachment is said to be a burial ground (cemetry) belonging to a particular community. How can a burial ground a build in a residential area and especially when it is demarcated as a high FSI zone in CIDCO developmental plan. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

So Far Kharghar has been untouched by Mumbai like slums and squatters and unautorised Stalls on footpaths making it difficult to walk on footpaths near Utsaw Chowk.

But now you can see beautiful khargahr being going the same way Mumbai has been Destroyed

Some parts near Utsav Chowk Slums have started to come up

Also Clean Footpaths are being encroached by Thellas and Stalls which are illegal

If they are not controlled they will destroy the Beauty of Kharghar forever.

Need to take strict action againts this by Responsible CIDCO officers

Otherwise the menace will be uncontrollable in the future.
