[Resolved]  CIDCO — No space between buildings at Ghansoli ward (GHA-GHO[protected]

Sir, I am resident of Samarth Krupa Apartment in Gothivali village (Near Rabale rly stn.). I purchased flat from builder (Mahalakshmi enterprises - Prop. Vijay Vaithi) in Nov. 2013. Now one of the neighbour has started new construction vary near to south direction wall of our building. In-fact gap between the walls of these two building is less than 2 meter. This has totally blocked the light and ventilation of building from south direction. After completion of neighbours construction south wall of the building will become totally unreachable, which can lead to dangerous situation in event of any emergency like fire. Also if any work needs to be done on south side of building, it will not be possible due to very limited gap between walls of these two buildings. Yet society is not formed in our building, hence I talked to builder. But he is not giving any proper answer on this. I seek intervention from CIDCO authorities in this matter on utmost priority.
