[Resolved] Cigna TTK Health Insurance — cancellation and refund for policy no. prohlr[protected] dated 30.8.2018 | |||
Sir, i cancelled the policy and asked for refund since i paid the premium on 27.8.2018 and no policy was generated. It was a porting case from apollo munich and the executive said the policy will be issued immediately. Later on they insisted for medical tests for which i have declined as i had no time. Now i have got two service request no, s[protected] and[protected] for which there is no response and no executive has called me till now for resolution. So please help me for refund of premium amount. I have now renewed my policy with apollo munich and have received my new policy. Was this information helpful? | |||
