Cigna TTK Health Insurance Company — Not giving no objection certificate

Respected Sir / Madam, I joined in this company as an agent .But I changed my mind, and told them to give me an NOC so that I can join another Health Insurance company. Several times I requested them by email, phoned them. But intentionally they are harassing me. At last I emailed to IRDA authority. Then issud me an NOC via email, but only the first page. I am really surprised about this company Previously it was a TPA. They did not care IRDA authority also. I am a 54 years old man, retired and sick. So friends be alert about investing money in this company. The Agency Manager of Kolkata Mr. Arani Mukherjee is a non cooperative man. I do not know when and how I will get my NOC.
