Cigna TTK Health Insurance — No response after payment

As promised no calls from doctors form Cigna and no soft copy received even after 5 days. Customer care are always busy and don't take calls. Ten calls everyday for payment and then no response I hope my complaint is taken seriously. Kunjal Bhatt
