I paid the renewal of my policy which actaually expires in may but on constant reminders from your staff i decided to complete same which is about 3weeks ago at least you could acknowledge on my email and send a soft copy.
I have made this payment on line by using my debit card i wish to know wether the payment was received and what are your actions as i have not got any acknowledged email or sms, i am interested in getting the soft copy immediately and i will wait for the hard copy, since you started the process of renewal so early i obliged and hence wish to receive the soft copy
Please expedite as i would shortly be traveling
