[Resolved]  Cigna TTK Health Insurance — not able to login using portal

Hi Team,

Policy number: PROHLR[protected]

I am trying to register on portal but getting message "Entered policy number not valid".
Also trying forgot password but getting message "Sorry, No account found for entered details. Please try again with the correct details or Contact Customer Care."
Can you please help with the issue?

I sent the email 19-Jan-2018 to [protected]@cignattk.in but no action taken.
