[Resolved]  Cinemax Thane Wonder Mall — HYGIENIC DRINKING WATER NOT PROVIDED

This Multiplex located on the main Godhbunder Road ( Thane) does not have basic Drinking Water availability for guests. They have located a small water storer ( which is not even coverd) in their open Balcony & only provided one Steel glass by the side. When we approached the Cinemax Staff they did not entertain & shirked away from this complaint. They are only focussed on selling their chargeable food & other items without even bothering for the basic Drinking Water hygiene & availability. The ticket rates are fairly exhorbiant, although the theatre does not even have a proper escalator ( Not in working condition) The exit pathway also has broken tiles & stairs without any lights. Strict Action needs to be taken on their negligence.
