[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Failed ticket booking refund not received

I booked 2 tickets for Meg 2 in Cinepolis Ahmedabad one for 12-Aug-2023 4:50 pm show from Cinepolis app. However the ticket amount got deducted but booking was failed by cinepolis.

Kindly refund my booking amount of 483 INR as soon as possible.
