I have purchased two SEROFLO250MG Inhaler from LIFELINE Park Street Branch Kolkata 0n 31.12.2020.having bill no.78759.The first one I opened on the second week of January. After pressing the canister firmly, I find no gas comes out. After trying several times, I find no gas comes out. Further, I am surprised to note that the dose counter is not moving. Then I press the Canister very vigorously, I find the Dose Counter moves but no gas comes out. Now the dose counter indicates 80/60 when I stopped using it further for your inspection. Now I am using the second box where the counter dose is moving slowly but it is manageable. I am a Super Senior Citizen using your product for more than ten years and I have never ever encountered any of this problem before. Since I am retired, it is difficult to sustain as the medicine is very costly. I want really your cooperation, help, support and understanding in the matter preferably replacement of the medicine.
