Citicon Engineers Ltd. — No update from Builder of my new flat after booking and agreement

I have booked one flat from builder in April 2013 by paying 20% of total value but as of now work is not started by them. Tried to contact their CMD in this regard lot of times but no luck. Could you please help me to ensure when the work will be started for my booked flat and why CMD not interested to see by taking money. Mailed also in this regard but no reply, PFB the mail communication.
