Citrus Payment Solutions — Amount deducted but transaction was unsuccessful

I paid school fee for my son through school portal which uses Citrus as payment gateway. Money was debited from my account but transaction was not successful.
When i checked with my bank as per them amount is received by beneficiary but school authority is saying they haven't received the amount yet. I already raised a concern with Citrus but i have not received any response from them. I also escalated this to level 2 and tried calling on the number provided but no one is picking up the call.
Hence, i request you kindly initiate refund and transfer the money back.
