I had bought air india express ticket from Mangaluru to Muscat for 3 passengers on 25/03/2021. Ticket PRN/confirmation number was FLZKLV.
A amount of Indian rupees 57823.17 was debited from my account.
The reference number of transaction is SOL/[protected]
After sometime when I checked my ticket I learnt that it was auto canceled.
When I contacted air india express customer care executive he said payment is not done from cytrus solutions to air india express. I was surprised and shocked. I already used this ticket details to book other things like PCR test and hotel booking as required by government of Oman.
The ticket price of air india express going up day by day. Who is responsible for this? Who is going to refund this money and the balance additional amount which I have to pay to rebuy the ticket.
Moreover why air india express is tieing with such low grade solution providers?

I tried to purchase 5kg extra luggage on air india express . Money debited from my account, but extras not added, hence i called AIR INDIA EXPRESS customer care accounts section, they were sure that money is not credited to their acount too. But i have proof of Payment to the above statement. also attaching the screenshot of the pay
