I made a Zara purchase on 26/11/20 and citruspay deducted the full amount of ₹3528 but Zara.com didn’t receive the amount. So I mailed [protected]@payu.in asking for an immediate refund but I was asked to that I will be contacted within 48hours n that my query has been forwarded to one of their support advocates but they have not contacted me. Please ensure an immediate refund.
