Hi I had made payment via gpay to zara for a purchase and the order was cancelled. The merchant initiated the refund on 13th dec 20 Bt the amount is not yet refunded to my account. After consulting bank it was told to me connect to citrus payment since the payment was made thru gpay. It has been 3 months .
