City Car Rewa — Dispute about spare part cost

Dear Sir, I had gone throw my car service at your authorized service station Rewa(City Car Rewa) on date-02.08.2015. My car break pad changed there. the MRP on the box of break pad is Rs.710, but in the bill charged by the City car is Rs. 1583. I asked the person who is taking care workshop he did not give me satisfactory answer. after that I complained to the management there but they refused to co-operate. I have already registered the complaint at your customer service but my problem still persisting. Complaint No-[protected] Please take necessary action because this type of problem ruin the credibility of your reputed brand. Thanking You. waiting for your response.
