City Finance — Loan amount already paid but still showing overdue balance in CIBIL

I have cleared my loan amount to City Finance but they didn't gave me NOC or nill certificate and still showing overdue balance of Rs 26, 809/- in CIBIL report.
In Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. There is no authorized office of City Finance and I am not able to contact with them
