I booked a 'Ready to occupy' flat 101 Tapovan, Plot B 46 Sector 08 Ulwe, Navi mumbai.

O/C is issued on 23/12/2016 by Town Planning Officer, CIDCO, Belapur -400614, the allotment letter is issued on 27/02/2017. The Builder is asking 1. Development Charge Rs 135000/ 2. Formation of Society Charge Rs50000/
As the O/C ( Occupancy Certificate ) issued 23/12/16 prior to issuance of Allotment Letter 27/02/17, I.e Builder already developed 100%
prior to my Booking.
