Dear Sir/Madam
I have been trying to reach out on the CIDCO helpline number from last 1 week but no one really picks up the call. Also I couldn’t find any email id where I can share my grievances. It really needs a look over for the people at large.
I had applied for the CIDCO lottery and as per the results I am in currently in the waitlist and hence as per that I should have got the refund on 1st December which y’ll have mentioned on the website.

Can I please know till when I can get the Refund of my deposit? And how is one supposed to reach you, when the helpline number is not of any use and no email communications?
