Pathetic service, highly unprofessional worst experience of my life. Driver was extremely rude, unprofessional. Authorities are disgusting. They didnt inform about halt of 4 hours at Lakhanpur border for covid testing. Bus came 2 hours late. We took bus from Delhi to Katra but after travelling of even 16 hours, bus didnt reach at Jammu and refused to go to Katra. Driver didnt know even the route of Jammu bus stand. We have to got down in midway in Jammu and all our bookings of helicopter and Aarti darshan got cancelled. Our whole trip got spoiled and no body took responsibility from cityland travels after so many calls. Moreover bus's front windshield got broken off without any accident and driver was driving without any safety and it was highly risky for all passengers. Was this information helpful? |
