I am Rajendrasinh Rathod and I am facing pathetic and very poor problem from whole of Civil Hospital management and about system and dealing of issuing physical handicapped card I.e. UDIDI CARD I am being lots of problems due to long and complex bureaucracy of civil authorities if my problems are not heard and solved will definitely go to high court or central level regarding my issue of civil hospital system and way it work and harassment by Hospital authorities
