Hello, I had purchased a pair of shoes online from Clarks website and
I raised a return request for the order which I had received.
My order id : FY61C3477B01209656F2 and I received a message from Clarks regarding acceptance of return and initiation of pickup of the shoes.
I had received the following message on 31st December 2021: "Please keep your reverse pickup Order Number :[protected] of GOFYND ready, ECOM EXPRESS executive Ph: [protected] will collect it today"
But no one came from the courier company and I am still stuck with the shoes which I wish to return.
I request Clarks Customer Service through medium of this platform that they re-initiate the return for the shoes and also inform the courier that he pickup the shoes only during Monday-Friday, since the place for pickup is my office and I am not available during Saturday and Sunday.
