Clarks — Refund for my shoes

It’s been 5 days my order has been returned I didn’t get any notifications with respect to the order collected or any refund related notifications I am calling since 3 days on the customer care number not even once the call has been picked I have done 2 emails in the email ID provided none of the emails have been replied
