Clarks — Refund not received even after product is returned. it's been more than 25 days

I had ordered two pair of clarka slippers. however the product quality was very bad and heavy like hell. so i immediatley returned the product.
i was in impression that the ampunt would be refunded but sadly no. the customer service email never responds.
neither their customer care number works.
