Clash Of Clan — Didn't get my Clash Of Clan gold pass

Sir, i have purchased gold pass from clash of clan worth of inr 399 which i have paid through netbanking. The payment was debited from my bank account and i got the sms but unfortunately i didnt get my order as its been 24 hours. And there is no transactions made in purchase history of google play. So i humbly request you to please kindly refund i would be grateful to you. I'm enclosing with the screenshot of bank transaction and the sms which i have got.
