My membership name is jyot5122. I am writing to them since last 11 months regarding my withdrawal request but so far have not received any reply from their end. On their site theirs a page called support forum in which i have put in my complaint vide ticket nos. 941078 and 714942 since last february but no response. My withdrawal request is dated 23 feb 2017 and i am constantly following up with them. Their withdrawal history page also shows the status as pending i. E. The amount is still unpaid. I do not know what my options now are as i have lost faith in the website. There is no other way in which they could be contacted. Please help. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Its almost 4 months since the complaint has been lodged but yet no response from Clicxa Solutions.

What is the remedy now available to me to recover my amount?

Still awaiting for the solution to my complain.

I am writing to them almost on a daily basis however they have have not responded so far.
