Clidel Services Private Limited — Trademark Registration Fraud

We have applied for registration of our trademark through Clidel and I have paid full amount the asked for 4849/- and also submitted application. Till we paid there were almost 10-15 calls from them and once we have done payment they were not even answering single call.
Till date I haven't received any acknowledgment of my trademark registration nor any update from them;

they seem to be running a Racquet around of cheating and looting people. I have been following up with them since the 15th of March 2023 and they have not responded to emails, calls, whatsapp. In case one of you stays in Chennai or Bangalore, please visit their offices and help get our money back!
