Closap.in — Wrong product delivered when i received | |||||
I bought a online suit from Closap.in, i ordered black color suit..when i received the suit it was pink color and it is totally different from the product which i ordered from the website..i tried to cal on the number [protected], but no response and i already mail them to return the product and for refund but there is no revert from the company support team... I have been fooled by the website.The promised product has not been delivered and the customer service does not respond. A shopping of 6000 has been done and all wrong and incomplete products have been given.Even the website does not exist.I expect an immediate response.
