Wrong product sent to me. I had ordered peacock lehenga while they sent some other product. There is no return options or exchange option on website. I have odered the product from the facebook. But i got the different product and it ios not similar to my ordered product. Immediately i searched for the refund option after seeing the product. But i was suprised by seeing this clothing heart company excellent and marvellous rules that is their is no return option for the wrong product or damaged product. We have ordered a dress online, but it's been not delivered on time.
We have ordered it on 25th may 2018 and even after waiting for more than 40 days it's been not delivered.
When we try to contact on mention phone number and email id to know the status we are not getting any responses.
and there is not even proper company address is provided.
not sure how government is providing approval for this kind of online...

I ordered a dress. It was damaged and the quality is not good at all. The dress is oversized. The linear is of bad quality. I want to return it but there was no website available for returning the dress. I tried several times but i was not able to return the dress. There is no response for the process of returning the product neither for the seller or the website....

I have ordered one (002121) white lehenga and a sky blue gown (01) on 23rd may, 2018, they have supplied on 26th may, 2018. They have mentioned both items on the delivary channel but they supplied only gown even the size of the gown also not correct. Please refund my money as early as possible. I had ordered a dress from the below website with full payment upfront
The site mentioned there is return policy and option,
The dress turned out to be oversized and i decided to return it.

But when i tried to return there was no options on the website.
Tried to contact customer care over email and phone, but there was no response inspite of weeks of communication

Quality of the cloth is worst..look wise also very poor...display pic is different and the delivered product is entirely different.. Highly disappointed... Not even worth 200 bucks..stiches are very thin and poor quality cloth is used inside..fitting is also not good..no proper response if called to the given clothingheart contact number..will not recommend this website to anyone.....

I have ordered a Dress worth 800/- on May 7th 2018 and i received the order on May 16th 2018(delayed) and the order ID is[protected], the material is not good as described in the Website.
They mentioned the return policy is for 7 days from the product received to hand.

Wrong product delivered and unable to reach the number provided in the website, seems like fraud site. No reply for my mails as well. Requested for refund or to send the right product. The number provided in the site is always on a busy mode. The email id - [protected]@ccavenue.com doesn't even work, all mails to this mail id is getting bounced back. They are least bothered abt the delivery instructions as well....

This has happened with many of the customers and they have faced the same problem. Lets not let go this issue going on.
