100Bestbuy.com — I have not received ordered product

On 16-Aug-13 i have ordered shoe but i did not received exact shoe which i have ordered, i returned that shoe and ordered another shoe on 28-Aug-13 but till now (27-sep-13) i have not received my product and if called no proper response from their side they will cut call or they act like they wont understand English and many drama from them in call.

On 16-Aug-13 i have ordered shoe in 100bustbuy.com of Rs595, but i did not received exact shoe which i have ordered, i returned that shoe and ordered another out lander shoe of Rs 627 on 28-Aug-13 but till now (27-sep-13) i have not received my product and if called no proper response from their side they will cut call or they act like they wont understand English and many drama from them in call.

Please delivery the product to me with answers for below or inform me what i should do and how?

1) For my 1st product and 2nd product there is difference of around 100Rs how to pay it?
2)can remaining amount be pay on delivery?
3)why delay in delivery?
4)If anything to be done from my side then why dint you inform me or why you did not tell me when i called?

Again after some days i got mail as below

Even now they have sent same shoe which i received first time, still they did not understand my complaint, kindly answer for below questions and try to resolve my problem.
1)Why i have received the same shoe which i received first time?
2)do they know what was my request/complaint?

the story is like this:-
First time when i ordered online it was FILA shoe in your website by looking at that i ordered that shoe.
but i received flux shoe, why?
As i was not in need of flux shoe i returned it and ordered out lander inserted of flux.
The price of flux which you sent is 595Rs
price of out lander which i ordered is 697Rs
So the price difference is 102Rs
so i called customer care for many times and they told they will collect remaining money when goods delivered.

With this i was waiting for outlander shoe but again i received same flux shoe which i received first time and not as per i want.

What should i do now to get outlander shoe and why you people are not listening what customer want.
