I ordered for the supply of two sarees ( Item Code 132759 and 132760 total valuing Rs. 2299/- vide Order No. [protected] The Sarees were supplied vide Invoice No[protected] date 03/04/2013 Docket No[protected] against payment of Rs 2299/- On opening the parcel it was found the Sarees were damaged immediately it was brought into the Notice of the Company on the day of delivery and it was assured by them they will replace the damaged Sarees with new one but despite of repeated request no action has been taken by the company to make good our loss or replace the damaged sarees.
