Clothingheart.com — did not process the order. no reply to emails

I have ordered a dress for rs.899 from www.clothingheart.com on 21st september 2017. I just received an order confirmation to my gmail after the order was placed and no other communications after that. There is no customer care number given in the website but i could see one in my order confirmation mail[protected]. I tried calling them but its saying invalid number. Also sent reminder mails but they are not replying. Today when i am opening their website, it is down. Seems to be a fraud website to me. Please look into the matter at the earliest.
