Clothystore.in — Received a different old saree, totally different from the one I ordered

I had ordered a saree on their website, it was 1300RS.
I received a totally different used saree. I mailed them them for exchange, they did not reply.
They have not given any valid phone number on their site through which we can contact them. The worst website till now
