Ar speaker not working properly
I have purchased yu yureka (Moondust grey) from amazon website. The product is under warranty. Now i am facing the problem with ear speaker of the phone. I have contacted yureaka support people through emails but they are not responding properly . But till yet i have not got any call from their side. I am fed up with their ridiculuos behaviour. Kindly look into this matter and do the needfull. Here are the details of my complaint no 1154607
i was contact in 10-12 july almost with my complaint no 1154607..so many times called they provide some techincal support but no solution ..after they said we replace.. wait for 48 hours we generate ticket id no. and your mobile will be replaced first time email send by them july 29 and regular we chat through email and several talking over toll free no. [protected]..but till date no solution provide pls help me...
