Hai, i ordered segate external hard disk 1 tb and a saco hard disk cover on 14 may in the big billion day of the amazon, so that i can get the product at lower price. But i got delivered only the saco cover. Track package says, that they can't be able to deliver. How it is possible? I orderd both items in the same cart proceeded to checkout, but they can deliver only one item?
The website says me to order it again, i tried ordering it again but the price was increased by rs.200/-. It is a very great loss for me. How can i bear the loss of their mistake? They didn't even contact me through my mobile, then how can they say that, they can't able to deliver?
