I ordered shoes from amazon "sold by cloudtail india pvt ltd". The sent me used product in a below standard packing. I was been given option for return or replacement. I ordered this product so that i can use is an not to enter hassle of replacement or refund. There are many such complaints for the same company. But no change in their way or operations.
