My case number 9467 is pending since last one month.Dialling at customer care promise to address the same in next 48hrs and failed repeatedly.Senior person do not bother to address the issue inspite of talk .
Really disappointed with service and increasing awareness about same with my friends.
Request highest authorities in cloudtails to save business and held responsible person accountable and sensitive to customers.
