Clovia.com — amount deducted from account but order is not placed, didnt received any confirmation

I have ordered 3 bra’s and night dress with total 2150 rs using netbanking.. Amount got deducted from my account but not received any confirmation message. If order is not placed then i need my refund amount.. Please improve the service quality.. The worst service ever.

I need my money back. I am trying to call customer service but they are not available now plz help me in this 😔

I have placed an order of 1362 Rs on clovia app. After completing payment it redirected to clovia app and the order was still not placed. I could see all the items still in cart but money got deducted from bank.
Did you got any update???
I placed an order of 1414 rs today. The amount is deducted but the order is not placed. The items are still in my cart and when I checked the order status with order id the status is showing payment not done. Please help me with this. I want my money back if order is not placed and I would not order from this site ever again. I have sent the mail to clovia with payment receipt.
